Every Vuber device carries a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects when you register it within thirty days of purchase.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the battery, board or housing
- Charging faults and buttons that fail under normal use
- Threading and connection defects on 510 hardware
What isn't
- Water damage, drops, crushing or other physical damage
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches and finish fading
- Cartridges, glass and consumable parts
- Devices bought from unauthorized resellers
Making a claim
- Email info@vubervaporizers.com with your order number and a short description
- Include a photo or short video of the issue where you can
- We'll troubleshoot first, then issue a replacement if the hardware is at fault
