Fast, tracked and straightforward. Here's exactly how orders move and what happens if something isn't right.

Processing

Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day usually ship the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.

You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking number as soon as the label is scanned.

Standard US shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, flat-rate standard shipping is $6.95.

Expedited options are available at checkout. Transit times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

We ship within the United States only. Some states restrict vaporizer hardware; if we can't ship to your address we'll refund you in full.

You must be 21 or older to order. Orders may be age-verified and every delivery requires an adult signature where the carrier mandates it.

Unused, unopened hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Cartridges, glass and any product that has come into contact with oil are not returnable for health and safety reasons.

Return shipping is on the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Start a return by emailing info@vubervaporizers.com with your order number — we'll send instructions and an RMA.

Let us know within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We'll replace it or refund you, your call.
