Age requirement
This site and every product on it are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By using this site or placing an order you confirm that you meet that requirement and that it is legal for you to purchase vaporizer hardware where you live.
Products and intended use
Vuber devices are vaporizer hardware. They are sold without oil, concentrate or any other substance. You are responsible for using them lawfully and for whatever you choose to put in them.
Orders and pricing
We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, age-verification failure, or shipping restrictions in your state. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may correct pricing errors after an order is placed by cancelling and refunding it.
Warranty limitations
Our limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects on registered devices only. It does not cover physical damage, misuse, cosmetic wear, consumable parts, or products bought from unauthorized resellers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vuber Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or this website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Intellectual property
The Vuber name, logo, product designs, photography and site content are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Changes
